Sales Tax Figures continue to show gains

Sales tax figures,an indicator of retail sales volume, for January 2011 again show an increase over last year. The following table shows the January numbers for San Angelo as well as other cities tracked by the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce. In addtion it shows the year to date comparisons for the same ciites. According to the Chamber, January is the seventh consecutive month showing an increase over last year.
