City of San Angelo Issues Permits for Apartment Complexes

During December 2008, the City of San Angelo issued two large commercial building permits for upcoming multifamily developments. The first was a $6,900,000 commercial building permits for the construction of The Grove Apartments, which will consist of 393,960 sf. The Grove will have 192 total units and ten buildings at 4225 S. Jackson. The second was a $5,420,549 commercial building permit for the construction of River Place Apartments, which will consist of 103,632 sf. River Place will have 120 total units and four buildings at 401 S. Irene St.
