Angelo State University Small Business Development Center
The ASU SBDC has been helping small business owners succeed for over 17 years throughout the Concho Valley area. Their mission is simple: to help small businesses prosper and grow. They offer free professional and confidential business consulting, seminars and workshops and have informational resources that can be accessed via their website or at their local office. The Concho Valley Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CVCED)
This is a business incubator established in 2003 through the efforts of many individuals and organizations to help improve the environment for entrepreneurship in the Concho Valley region.  The CVCED works with other local economic development organizations to enhance the success of business start-ups and help existing small businesses grow more quickly. www.cvced.org

The Texas Tech University System Office of Technology Commercialization
This organization is committed to helping researchers introduce their new discoveries to the marketplace. The Concho Valley Angel Network (CVAN)
This network is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to bringing together accredited investors and entrepreneurs. C VAN provides a forum which gives investors the opportunity to review quality early-stage business proposals, and entrepreneurs the opportunity to submit and present their proposals to a panel of qualified investors who can provide assistance and mentorship during the development stage. http://www.cvangel.angelgroups.net/

Capital Certified Development Corporation (Capital CDC)
Capital CDC is a leading private, non-profit provider of business financing solutions throughout Texas and New Mexico. In 1993, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified Capital CDC to act as a provider of the SBA’s 504 Loan Program and to act as a catalyst for economic development. Since that time, Capital CDC has worked with hundreds of small businesses and partnered with numerous financial institutions to assist with their financing needs. http://www.capitalcdc.com/
 
The West Texas Training Center (WTTC)
WTTC is a workforce training facility that serves the occupational training needs of the Concho Valley and West Texas. The center and its consortium partners, including Angelo State University, Howard College, the San Angelo ISD, the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, the City of San Angelo, and regional business, industry and health care organizations provide this training via credit courses and programs, customized training, distance education, and by working with regional industry to provide facility space for company-specific training classes. http://www.angelo.edu/dept/wttc/index.htm
 
Development Review Committee
The Development Review Committee, or DRC, provides an opportunity for prospective or current property owners, developers, engineers, architects, and others to meet with City staff involved with the development process. These meetings are tailored to meet your specific needs and questions. This free service insures that you know the necessary regulations, processes, challenges and fees up front before you begin your project. Our DRC staff members have over 60 combined years of experience in development projects and can be a valuable asset as you move ahead.

Affordable Housing Program
Our mission is to increase home ownership in neighborhoods targeted for rehabilitation within the City of San Angelo. We strive to assist low to moderate income households in becoming homeowners  by providing leverage between private funds and grant funds with designated 1/2 cent sales tax.
